About the cat atop the motorcycle…

Ain't the bike cute? ^_^

Insanely curious, prone to fits of wanderlust, and devourer of donuts everywhere.  Looking for a fun mode of transportation within the virtual world of Second Life (click here if you’ve never heard of Second Life) whilst I satisfied my curiosity, wanderlust, and need to find donuts, I obtained my first ever virtual motorcycle shortly after setting foot in the virtual world. In my meanderings I’d happen across other motorcycles, which like potato chips, I just had to have. That led to finding places to ride, which led to finding more motorcycles… I think you get the point.

As my wanderings grew wider, and my acquisitions grew more numerous, I would meet more and more wonderful and interesting people. Questions began, “Where did you get the bike?”  “How does that ride?”  “Where’s a good place to go riding?”  While I don’t claim to be nor expect to become the foremost expert on bikes in Second Life, I’m more than happy to share my findings as I motor along from one sim to another. Which leads me to where you happen to be reading this at the very moment. Welcome to Second Life Motorcycle

See ya on the road!

Lead, follow, or get out of the way!!!

~My bike list…~

I’ve been asked about what bikes I myself own a number of times and to be honest, it’s almost too many to count. Part of the reason is while I enjoy buying the occasional bike, I also enjoy hunting freebie ones now and then, whether they’re Midnight Mania, Lucky Chair, group gift, contest, or any other type of freebie. Because of that alone, my collection is quite extensive. I’ve already stated I’m a self-proclaimed shopaholic though, so to help answer the question I’ve listed what bikes I’ve actually purchased below. As to which ones are my favorites, I admittedly love riding them all and may change from one bike to another depending on my mood, or what I just happen to feel like riding. So, not including “freebies,”  or bikes that I myself have built, here’s a list of what bikes I own (alphabetically by builder):
